Oversight Visit to Uganda Property Holdings Ltd, Mombasa, Kenya
A delegation from the Parliamentary Committee on Public Accounts – Commissions, Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (PAC-COSASE), led by Chairperson Hon. Nkunyingi Muwada, is undertaking an oversight visit to Uganda Property Holdings Limited (UPHL) in Mombasa, Kenya.
The visit is intended to assess UPHL’s operations, inspect the Government of Uganda properties under the company’s stewardship, examine the challenges affecting the execution of its mandate, and evaluate the implementation of the Auditor General’s recommendations contained in the audit report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
As a Government of Uganda company mandated to manage and safeguard government properties, UPHL remains committed to the principles of accountability, transparency, and good governance. The company welcomes parliamentary oversight as a vital mechanism for strengthening institutional performance, ensuring prudent management of public assets, and enhancing public confidence in the stewardship of Government of Uganda properties.
