Dividends clearance with Ministry of Finance

The Minister of State for Finance Planning and Economic Development (Privatisation and Investment), Hon Evelyn Anite together with the Board Members of Uganda Property Holdings pose for a group photograph with a dummy cheque during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Ministry of Finance Board room in March 2022.

UPHL presented a dummy cheque worth U.SHS 400,000,000 (Four hundred million shillings) being payment in favour of Dividends to the Government of Uganda for financial year 2020/2021. UPHL has been consistently paying dividends to its shareholders.
