A lot of information has been disseminated here for the benefit of the general public.

The Company’s principle activity is to own, invest in and manage the real estate Properties of the Government of Uganda. To-date we manage properties ranging from warehouses, residential and commercial properties in Uganda, Kenya and United Kingdom.

These properties were initially inherited from the defunct Coffee Marketing Board, Lint Marketing Board and Trans Ocean. Most of the properties were taken over in a dilapidated state/un usable state. UPHL has since done its best to bring them to the current level.

Over the years we have significantly added value to these properties by redevelopment, construction and acquisition of parcels of land for future expansion and development.

With the support from the Board of Directors, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development together with all the other stake holders UPHL has registered many achievements. All these and more can be found on our website.
