Mr. Lukone holds a Bachelor of Procurement & Logistics from Kyambogo University and MBA from Makerere University. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS-UK) and Institute of Public Procurement Professionals of Uganda (IPPU). He has over 15 years’ experience in procurement
management in public institutions. He is skilled in the strategic and timely management of procurement
processes to effectively achieve value for money.
